We are delighted to launch People Academy, our Bespoke Management Training.

We work with employers to deliver bespoke management training. To do this we listen to your needs and those of your managers. Then we design an appropriate training and support programme.

We keep the training in flexible modules, usually or a half day at a time so the learning can be accommodated without disrupting your business.

Choose from typical learning modules or we can tailor learning specifically for your organisation.

To embed learning we follow up with 121 manager support or continued group learning workshops depending on what the training is that you require.
