We flex learning so it doesn’t eat into your managers whole day unless you wish it to.
Half day or bite sized training and learning modules may be created.
Depending on the training requirement we may recommend two or more half day training courses. For embedding ongoing learnings to support implementation of business projects we may recommend more workshops over a longer period.
Most learning is workshop style to ensure it is engaging and relevant. Often managers will learn from one another’s practical experiences as well as from the facilitator. They will often take learnings which can be used straight away.
Where there is more than one workshop, learnings can be taken and developed into further workshops to develop learning and practise.
