Creating your bespoke training

We build a bespoke training package to suit your managers and your organisation.

We work with you or your HR team or relevant managers to identify training requirements. This may involve reviewing job descriptions, creating a skills matrix or simply listening to you and learning what challenges your managers and your business currently have or what you anticipate in the future.

We may also consider future learning needs and help you identify skills gaps.

Management training topics can be tailored to suit. Some common themes may include: delegation, sensitive conversations, manager to leader, habit building, imposter syndrome, equity equality and diversity, self-management, resilience.

Depending on your training requirements we can also help you work with South Yorkshire MCA skills bank to apply for grant funding towards management training.

Our training materials may be branded to suit your own business brand if you wish.

Our people academy

We flex learning so it doesn’t eat into your managers whole day unless you wish it to.

Half day or bite sized training and learning modules may be created.

Depending on the training requirement we may recommend two or more half day training courses. For embedding ongoing learnings to support implementation of business projects we may recommend more workshops over a longer period.

Most learning is workshop style to ensure it is engaging and relevant. Often managers will learn from one another’s practical experiences as well as from the facilitator. They will often take learnings which can be used straight away.

Where there is more than one workshop, learnings can be taken and developed into further workshops to develop learning and practise.

Focussed performance coaching

After attending the academy managers benefit from 121 coaching to help them take their learnings into the real world.

Follow up 1/2 hour telephone support sessions may be booked for managers to support them after attending the training.

Executive performance accelerator

We have two focussed executive performance accelerator programmes.

Either 1-2-1 individual executive coaching or group coaching. These sometimes work in tandem depending on the requirement.

1-2-1 executive coaching may be through our accelerator programme or as ongoing executive coaching support, for example independent confidential coaching for a CEO or Managing Director at intervals to suit.

We also create bespoke programmes depending on the learning requirements.
